Café DelaMar – With Focus on Theatre Guests

From Michelin awards to cabaret: the DeLaMar Theater, located near Amsterdam’s Leidseplein, is the stage for all kinds of (cultural) events. The doors of the associated and stylish Café DeLaMar have recently reopened.

When booking a theatre ticket, guests can immediately reserve an intermission package – if the show has an intermission – or a seat before or after the show when they book their theater ticket. Van den Broek: “Of course we want to welcome everyone, but our focus is on theater guests. Some guests book directly through the website, others by e-mail or phone.

“We receive everything clearly in the Guestplan reservation system. At a glance, I can see all the reservations and the details per table – for example, when guests arrive via management. Van den Broek has been using Guestplan for years: “I’ve been working with it since the DeLaMar opened.”

My employees are also happy with it; it is a solid and accessible system without any fuss.
