Natasja van Cuijlenborg opens Návez Bistro in Den Bosch
Návez opened its doors in mid-October in a prime location on the Bossche Markt. “I immediately fell in love with the building. And now that it is finished, it’s even more beautiful! The colorful interior, the exciting fusion cuisine, open seven days a week from breakfast to cocktail party—this was really missing in the city. Guests are looking for the complete picture and they find that here.”
A major advantage of such a group is the shared administration. This also includes, for example, the Guestplan reservation system, which all restaurants use. “Our planning system is linked to it, which is really handy because we can make a forecast ourselves, in collaboration with the head office. Then you can immediately see whether you need to hire extra people for a period, or, for example, use extra social media to gain more visibility.”
Natasja currently owns several catering businesses: TR3S Tapasbar in Aalst and Meteren, three sisters in the same Meteren, and recently Návez Bistro in Den Bosch. All of these wonderful restaurants are part of The Young Horeca Group.

Flexibility and efficiency are two other advantages. “We wanted the option to directly answer our guests if they had comments about reservations. They immediately addressed this at Guestplan.” The system also shows when guests come more often, so you can respond to this.
