‘t Pakhuus on Texel swears by Guestplan’s reservation system

With 80 covers inside and a lively terrace with a gorgeous view of the Wadden Sea, it’s a real treat to dine at the delightful restaurant ‘t Pakhuus on Texel on sunny days. Thanks to Guestplan’s online reservation system, they can easily manage the crowds. In conversation with the delightful patron-cuisinier Boy Schuiling, we learned that “reliability is the most important thing.”

From the very beginning, ‘t Pakhuus has been working with the online reservation system Guestplan. “The hustle and bustle of such an old-fashioned agenda, I don’t want to think about it anymore. That is also out of date,” says Schuiling with a smile. “The threshold for making a reservation should be as low as possible. Simply easy, for guests and for us. For example, the Guestplan system is linked to the screens in the kitchen. “You can see at a glance what the day or evening will bring. This makes working clear and efficient. It’s very nice!”

Furthermore, the patron-cuisinier praises the reliability of the system. “That is really the most important thing. Guestplan works just fine, the system is never down. That continuity is very important. If you have eighty people sitting on the terrace in the evening and you also serve eighty place settings inside, then things should run smoothly.” And it does, thanks to Guestplan!
